The Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL), Surat, Gujarat has recently announced recruitment for various engineer and assistant law posts.

DGVCL was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on September 15, 2003, with the major aim to carry out distribution of electricity to retail and bulk consumers and with functional responsibilities for generation, transmission, distribution and trading of electricity with complete autonomous operations.

Vidyut Sahayak (Jr. Engineer- Electrical) - 25 posts
Vidyut Sahayak (Jr. Engineer- Civil) - 3 posts
Assistant Law Officer

Pay Scale:

A. Those candidates who would get selected would get a monthly salary of Rs 18000 and Rs 20000 for the first and second year for Post I & II. B. Those candidates who would get selected would get a monthly salary of Rs 35000 for Post III.

ELIGIBILITY

Age Limit: The maximum age of the applicant must be 30 years and minimum must be 18 years.

Educational Qualification: Those applying must be holding a B.E/B. Tech degree in Electrical Engineering/Bachelors' degree in any discipline with 55 per cent marks and LLB degree with 55 per cent marks for assistant law posts.

Selection Procedure: A written test and an interview would be the basis to shortlist the candidates.
